General Policies
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm. If you are requesting an early check in, please message us one week prior to your stay to see if the calendar allows.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you are requesting a late check out, please message us one week prior to your stay to see if the calendar allows.
- Children of all ages are welcome, but pets are not allowed.
- The maximum occupancy of the unit may not be exceeded.
- Please contact us via messaging for any concerns during your stay. If you do not receive a response within 10 minutes, call Tina 706-701-3830.
Travel Insurance & Guest Responsibility:
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance as an affordable and necessary way to protect their trip due to unexpected circumstances and disruptions.
Payment & Cancellation Policies:
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, with full payment to be charged 30 days before arrival. This final payment will be processed to your card on file.
Cancellation:
Cancellations more than 14 days from the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 7-14 days before arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 7days from the arrival date are non-refundable. Any refunds made will be processed to the same credit card that was charged.
We may be able to refund the charge fi the property rebooks, but this is not guaranteed.
Changes in reservation dates will be considered based on calendar availability.
Parking: All vehicles shall park on the gravel parking pad only.
